AR 190-11 vs AR 190-13

Current publications state we must put that indivuals have been screened IAW AR 190-11 in the 1687 remarks block.  Should we now put AR 190-13 due to ALARACT 062/2019?  What say you?

Keep AR 190-11, the ALARACT still uses Reference A IAW AR 190-11 (4.D. (U)).

I disagree. 4.D only references AR 190-11 for annual briefings, not screenings.  Since AR 190-11 screeing is every three years, and the transition to these requirements is AR 190-13 which is annual, during this transition period your should use both. So, if they have a current DA Form 7281 (IAW 190-11) it is still valid but not to exceed three years (4.C).  Any new screenings utilizing DA Form 7708 (IAW AR 190-13) are valid for one year.  I wold annotate on the DA Form 1687: "The individuals listed above have been screened IAW AR 190-11 or AR 190-13."
