​How would one go about getting a copy of the DoD Acquisition Managers Handbook for Insensitive Munitions, August 2013 (NOTAL).

From my understanding, NOTAL is restricted distribution.

I've done a whole bunch of IM work in the last couple decades and don't recall seeing that handbook. I've asked our staff folks who work IM Strategic Plan type stuff if they have any insight.
