Training Once vs Refresher Requirements

I'm comparing DA Pam 385-64, Figure 1-1, against the DAC online training courses offered, Online Training (dactces.org)

I knew that AMMO-68 (MMR) was an annual certification (CERT) refresher.  But when did these others become CERT/Refresher rquired, and what is the timeline (i.e., annual) for completing the refresher?  It doesn't state in the course descriptions...

AMMO-28, -45, -54, -63, -78...

Thanks!

Mr Matthews (DAC): Mr. Chenard may refer to AMC-R 350-4 for clarification on the frequency of certification requirements which will vary depending on position and function.  To obtain Army Material Command (AMC) publications please retrieve from the official database at https://hqamc.aep.army.mil/gstaff/amcio/ia/r/p/Pages/AMC_Publications.aspx

Mr. Byrd (DAC):  I have reviewed the DA Pam 385-64, Figure 1-1 and concur that the AMMO-68DL has the requirement for an annual refresher based on 40 CFR requirements and as identified in Figure 1-1 of the DA Pam 385-64. None of the additional courses listed below are identified in the Figure 1-1 of the DA Pam 385-64 as requiring an annual review. The DAC Training Website does not mandate requirements for refresher training. The AMMO-68DL Special Information does identify the requirement for an annual refresher (which is based on 40 CFR criteria). The AMC-R 350-4 provides amplifying guidance for training requirements for commands to establish local training criteria for their personnel. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concerns.
