The 23rd Annual DoD E3 Program Review,  20-24 April 2020,  Kirtland AFB,  Albuquerque, NM 

The DoD E3 Program Review is an information exchange forum for DoD Components, the Federal Government, and Industry E3 and Spectrum Management and related professionals to collaborate, network, and meet to discuss policy and regulations, acquisition trends, operational supportability, and emerging technology. It also features dozens of technical presentations, several training seminars, and many working groups, ad hoc meetings, and exhibitions. The proposed theme of this year's event is TBD.

CALL FOR PAPERS TopicsSubittal of abstracts for the "General Session" is now CLOSED. Notification of Topic Acceptance is 10FEB2020.  Presentations will have to go through the individual's agency for PAO approval.  Presentations in any of the following topics, and others, will be acceptable:

EVENT WORKSHOPS AND SIDEBAR MEETINGS: Meeting space will be available throughout the week to host working groups and sidebar meetings for program review attendees.  Space can be reserved by contacting disa.usna.os.mbx.e3coordinator@mail.mil and specifying the session topic, number of participants, duration, and audio/visual requirements.
