Training Registration

Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) and Spectrum Supportability (SS) Awareness Training

INSTRUCTOR LED (FACE-TO-FACE) TRAINING REQUEST

Instructor led training requires JSC J5 review, coordination, and approval prior to instructor commitment. To request instructor led training, JSC J5 Training requires a downloaded PDF form. Instructor led training requires coordination and approval with JSC J5 Government Leadership.

  • Draft an email (CAC not Required): with your: Name, Email Address, Office Phone, Cell Phone, Organization, Mail Stop (if applicable), and desired Class(es)/Class Date(s). Email the completed form TO: [email protected]

VIRTUAL TRAINING REGISTRATION REQUEST

Registration is accomplished by one of the following methods: receipt of either one of the online registration forms. Online registration forms are automatically submitted to training support staff. No further action is required. You will receive a confirmation email when the course registration is submitted and then a Meeting Invite in the week prior to class.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

To receive a Certificate of Training Completion requires receipt of the training survey from either online surveys. Online surveys are automatically submitted to training support staff. No further action required.

TAKING TRAINING

We use the MS Team Participants List to take attendance.

  • Please verify your contact information used to register for training is on the Participant's List so we can correctly identify everyone for attendance.
  • If not just send a communication (email, Text, MS Teams Chat) that helps to identify you.

We record every training sessions to review and improve class material.

Note: For the best Virtual experience, you should use the MS Teams desktop application. If the link to the MS Teams virtual event does not work within the MS Teams App on your computer, please see the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Delete all browser data (history, cookies, andcache)
  • Right click and copy the MS Teams Event link
  • Paste the copied MS Teams Event link into a browser and select Enter
  • Do not select the option "Use the App"
  • Select Cancel on the "Open Microsoft Teams?" popup window
  • Select the "Continue on this Browser" button

Note: If you are having MS Teams connection issues you may be required to turn off any Virtual Private Network (VPN) service you are using.
