PBL in the Navy - It's Not CLS

This June 2009  Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP WSS - Philadelphia) White Paper clarifies the differences between Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and Contractor Logisitcs Support (CLS) in the Navy. This document is being retained as an archived Performance Based Life Cycle Product Support (PBL) reference.
