Written by the former PBL Program Director at the Defense Acqusition University, this 2005 white paper identifies the roles, responsibilities, characteristics, skills, desired experience, and appropriate contracting strategy and incentives applicable to the function of the Product Support Integrator in a PBL support strategy.
