Marine Corps Order 4081.2 states that PBL is the default product support strategy for Marine Corps ACAT I and II programs “unless the results of a comprehensive PBL Business Case Analysis (BCA) prove otherwise.” It highlights the processes deemed essential for implementing successful PBL programs, including considering PBL strategies during Independent Logistics Assessments and Enterprise TLCM Corporate Board reviews.
