This Online Training (OLT) course is the second course in the Intellectual Property and Data Rights series. As required per DODI 5010.44, each DoD program will have a robust Intellectual Property (IP) strategy to identify and manage the full spectrum of IP and related matters from the inception of a program and updated throughout entire product life cycle. The Intellectual Property and Data Rights course provides a foundational understanding of what is IP, the impact of IP on the DOD, and the unique licensing aspects the DOD may use for IP.

Program Managers, Systems Engineers, Engineers, Contracting Professionals, Logisticians, Product Support Managers, Data Managers, and Intellectual Property (IP) and Contracting Attorneys.
