With an endless stream of meetings, plans, and taskers, it seems as if we have little control over what happens to us. That's the bad news; the good news is we can learn to manage our time and focus our attention in ways that open up space. This course provides tools to help you deliberately choose how and where to direct your attention and how to strategically manage your time so you can better manage your workload.
