Leading from the Inside Out

When you are working to become a better Defense Acquisition leader, it is important to identify your core values. Leadership values are important because they help you determine how you want to achieve your goals and what type of leader you want to be. One value we will focus on in particular is empathy, a core component of emotional intelligence. Building your emotional intelligence skills will help you build genuine connections in your personal and professional life.

This Online Training (OLT) course, MOSAIC, is the only self-paced leader development program developed exclusively for Defense Acquisition professionals. All courses provide leadership learning and development opportunities specifically tailored by DoD subject matter experts in all functional disciplines to address Defense Acquisition problems within a Defense Acquisition setting.
