Contracting for Modern Software is an Online Training (OLT) course is both complex as well as innovative. Contracting professionals are being charged to be creative and build flexibilities into their contracts. This course covers foundational concepts, compares traditional and modern software procurement methodologies, provides ideas on innovative procurement processes, and identifies areas where a paradigm shift in our thought process may be useful with contracting for modern software.
