TARGET AUDIENCE
It's important to note that while CON 0590 is available to a broad audience, it is intended for personnel who monitor contract performance and are responsible for ensuring compliance with subcontracting requirements. This includes but is not limited to Contracting Officers, Administrative Contracting Officers, and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs). Those in the COR role should continue to look to COR 222, a course specifically crafted to delineate their responsibilities and enhance their performance in daily duties.
