Applied Integrated Program Management

Applied Integrated Program Management is an instructor-led classroom (CLRM) course in which students will practice using Earned Value Management (EVM) as an integrated program management tool. This course will be hands-on and analysis-based with mostly team-based exercises culminating in a capstone Integrated Program Management (IPM) presentation.

TARGET AUDIENCE

EVM analysts and other acquisition personnel needing the knowledge of the use of EVM as an integrated program management tool

NOTES

POINTS WILL BE DETERMINED APPROXIMATELY 30 DAYS AFTER DEPLOYMENT. This course will be available to DSCU and FAI students after points are assigned to the course.
