This Online Training (OLT) course provides defense acquisition workforce members an understanding of the Manpower & Personnel Integrated Product Support (IPS) Element, including key manpower and personnel considerations, concepts, definitions, and policy throughout a program's life cycle. It also provides insights into differences between how DoD components implement these processes.
