This Online Training (OLT) course introduces Management and Leadership concepts used to organize, manage, and lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT). Integrated product teams are used throughout the acquisition process to open the cross-functional and cross-organizational lines of communication and are formed for the specific purpose of delivering a product for a customer.
