This DAU virtual instructor led workshop focuses on how to plan and manage Performance Based Logistics (PBL) support strategies for DoD systems. Highlights include multiple examples and a guest practitioner that orchestrates and oversees performance-based contracts. In addition to examining PBL principles and policy, DoD award winners, best practices and lessons learned are discussed. Small group exercises and individual assignments enable participants to practice keys to successfully implementing PBL strategies.
