Upon completion, participants can expect the following critical performance behaviors to result from this workshop:
- Select appropriate source selection procedures for the acquisition that they are executing
- Design a Source Selection Organization that is appropriate for executing their source selection
- Determine if the proposed source selection evaluation factors and subfactors are appropriate for the acquisition
- Write a sound Source Selection Decision Document (SSDD) substantiation their award decision
