Quantitative Methods Credential

Whether you want to increase your knowledge about learning curves or how to establish defensible cost-estimating relationships, this credential covers quantitative techniques crucial in contract pricing within the acquisition landscape. Through three virtual instructor-led training courses, you’ll learn to organize, sample and perform statistical and visual analysis on one-variable datasets, develop logical cost-estimating relationships and predict cost or price behaviors using learning curves. As part of the curriculum, you’ll hear insights from practitioners in the field on pricing quantity curves, bands and ranges and attend a webinar about pricing variable quantities that will provide realistic applications of the quantitative techniques taught.   • Predecessor courses may not be used to complete credential requirements.
  • This credential requires the completion of Virtual Instructor-Led Courses (VILT): CON 7420V, CON 7410V, & CON 7400V. Priority for VILT courses goes to members of the Defense Acquisition Workforce. All others may find it difficult to complete this requirement if it has not already been completed at the time of enrollment in the credential.
  • All students must have a DAUID.
