Product Support Analysis Credential

Explore the many facets of product support analysis (PSA), which is pivotal to developing cost-effective and supportable weapon systems within program constraints. Geared toward Defense acquisition, product support and sustainment personnel across various functional areas, you’ll cover a spectrum of essential topics, from product supportability, measures of effectiveness, the logistics product database, reliability & maintainability engineering, software supportability, Failure Modes, Effects And Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), trade-off analysis, and supportability design, suitability, sustainment analysis and more. When you complete this credential, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize PSA in designing and fielding supportable weapon systems while adhering to program constraints.

  • Predecessor courses may not be used to complete credential requirements.
  • This credential requires the completion of a classroom (CLRM) and/or a Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) course: LOG 211. Priority for CLRM/VILT courses goes to members of the Defense Acquisition Workforce. All others may find it difficult to complete this requirement if it has not already been completed at the time of enrollment in the credential.
