This new Product Support O&S Cost Management Credential brings together learning assets associated with two on-line training (OLT) courses to build a holistic view of the linkage between Product Support Management and the development an O&S cost estimate and the application of Should Cost management to achieve overall affordability objectives while delivering product support to the platform. A summative examination must be completed to demonstrate the learner's ability to:

1. Apply O&S cost estimating techniques, given a realistic case scenario.
2. Apply Should Cost Management techniques, given a realistic case scenario.

The estimated time to complete this credential is 14 hours. Upon completion, an additional 10% incentive points will be added for a total of 16 Continuous Learning Points (CLPs).
