How many CLPs can I earn by attending a DAU event?
The general rule is 1 CLP is appropriate for 1 hour of learning. Most DAU events qualify for up to 2.0 CLPs, depending on length. Additional CLP guidance is available here: https://www.dau.edu/training/clc/p/Creditable-Activities-and-Activity-Point-Values
How can I get my CLPs reflected on my transcript?
DoD components or agencies manage the granting of CLPs for their personnel. Each of the DoD components has a system in place for tracking Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) that their workforce members earn. If an end of event survey is available, a completion certificate will either be provided for download or will be displayed following submittal of the survey. A completion certificate is not necessary to claim CLPs for participation—in our experience it does encourage supervisor approval. If a survey is not available, we suggest the viewer take a screenshot of the session participant list to accompany their request for CLPs. More agency specific links and guidance are available here: https://www.dau.edu/training/clc/p/clps

DAU events feature topics of importance to the acquisition workforce. To explore specific topics view the event series descriptions.
How are DAU events presented?
DAU events are live, online forums that can feature one or more speakers or a moderated panel discussion. Some events will have an accompanying visual component such as a presentation. DAU events are offered on a multitude of platforms to include Webex, Zoom, and MS Teams.
How do I sign up for a DAU event?
Some events require registration. If required, there will be “register now” button on the event page on the DAU events calendar. If there is no registration requirement, there is no need to sign up. At the time of the event go to the event page and join by clicking on the relevant link.
I don’t have access to Webex or Zoom or MS Teams. Can I still attend?
If dial-in information is provided you can join by audio only. If a personal device is available, that is a good alternative. If you are still having issues reach out to the email contact for that event for further assistance.

For general questions please contact events@dau.edu.
I am receiving a page load error when I attempt to register OR fill out the end of event survey. What do I do?
Unfortunately some users are unable to complete registration and/or survey on their government issued devices. Some organizations in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, and U.S. Navy continue to block access to DAU's license of Microsoft Forms. If you encounter an issue accessing the event registration or post-event survey, please disconnect from your VPN or use a non-government network to load the page.
Are DAU events closed captioned for those with hearing impairments?
All session recordings will be made available with closed captioning. If you require reasonable accommodation to participate in one of our live events, please contact scheduling@dau.edu.
