OPERATING STATUS
The DoD Integrated Product Support Implementation Roadmap is a job support tool (JST) designed to assist the Defense Acquisition Workforce plan, develop, and implement effective and efficient product support strategies that deliver affordable readiness for our warfighter stakeholders.
As such, it was developed and fielded to serve as a training reference, resource, and tool intended for use by the workforce. In no-wise should it be viewed as establishing DoD or Service policy, nor is its construct intended to imply that all programs must perform each and every one of the activities listed. All information provided on the chart is subordinate to official policy. Because DoD and Service product support policy and guidance are frequently updated, users should refer to appropriate Service and DoD policy and guidance to ensure they have access the most current information.
