EVENT DESCRIPTION:
DAU's Acquisition Leadership Center and Human Capital Office Initiative (HCI) is hosting a 3-hour webcast for the Defense Acquisition Workforce to discuss workforce development strategies that support your acquisition career and objectives.
This is an incredible opportunity for acquisition workforce members to learn more about workforce skills planning and mapping, succession planning, performance management and talent management strategies that will help them and their program succeed – all while earning 3 CLPs.
The webcast is open to all members of the Defense Acquisition Workforce. We encourage everyone, from executive-level managers to entry-level professionals, to participate in order to maximize the diversity of perspectives on the important topics that will be examined.
The content in this webcast is based upon feedback provided by several hundred acquisition professionals who participated in prototype training offered earlier this year. DAU is encouraging everyone to join the discussions in order to maximize the diversity of perspectives on these important topics.
