    U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel currently living in Nashville, TN and assigned to Scott AFB, IL as reservist. Career intelligence officer with demonstrated expertise in human intelligence, personality profiling, and visual data analysis. Professional Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation Leadership Coaching Certificate, Georgetown University Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) Doctor of Philosophy, Political Science (research on psychoanalytic profiles of Cold War leaders) Master of Science, International Relations, Troy State University, Troy, Alabama Bachelor of Arts, History/minor in English, Centre College Author of Predicting Leader Survival in Covert Action Operations from Congo to Cuba (Lexington Press, an imprint of Rowman & Littlefield).  Born in Bangkok, Thailand.  Lived in Tehran, Iran pre-1979 Revolution & Saudi Arabia in 1980s.

    Emily has 34 years of service as both a Naval Officer and civilian federal employee, retiring as a member of the Senior Executive Service in 2019. She founded her business Emily Harman Coaching and Consulting LLC and she serves as the U.S. Government Account Director for Positive Intelligence LLC. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and University of Virginia Darden School Foundation Executive Coach and Guest Executive Lecturer. Emily served as a Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant for the Naval Air Systems Command and the Naval Supply Systems Command and she gained extensive experience in contracting and acquisition of complex major weapon systems and similarly large service acquisitions.  A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Emily holds a Masters Degree in Acquisition and Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Certified Positive Intelligence® Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. Emily is a contributing author to two #1 best-sellers: Becoming a Gov Con Expert, and Step into the Spotlight.

    Joe is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach who has more than 25 years of experience helping leaders drive meaningful and lasting change through better communication with an emphasis on neuroscience and applied theories of human persuasion.  He and his partner Kate are co-founders of Cassandra-Helenus Partners, LLC, a company that focuses on enabling leaders to bring their strategies to fruition by connecting with and inspiring their people. Joe is a retired Marine Corps officer and decorated combat veteran who served in the infantry and public affairs branches of the United States Marine Corps from 1995 to 2015.  Master of Arts in Mass Communication and Media Studies from San Diego State University. Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University. Former Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI Fellow, and graduate of Georgetown University’s prestigious Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership  & Facilitation certification programs. Adjunct professor of strategic and cross-cultural communication at George Washington University and speech communication and public speaking at James Madison University.

    Tony Cerella is a former U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel who serves others as a coach, facilitator, and storyteller. During his 23 years of international military service, Tony excelled in challenging multinational assignments. He passionately develops emerging talent and leads cohesive teams. Tony models positive behaviors, shares wisdom, and creates safe spaces for constructive vulnerability.
