    B-2 System Program Manager and Senior Materiel Leader, B-2 Division, Bombers Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center

    Colonel Brown is the B-2 System Program Manager and Senior Materiel Leader, B-2 Division, Bombers Directorate, Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. He is responsible for the planning, modernization, and sustainment of the most capable bomber aircraft in U.S. history, the B-2 “Spirit”, leading 850 organic and contractor personnel at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; Tinker AFB, OK; and Whiteman AFB, MO. Within a multi-billion-dollar portfolio, Col Brown oversees a diverse portfolio of software, weapons integration, and sustainment activities.

    Colonel Brown received his commission from the United States Air Force Academy in 1998. He is a career acquisitions officer with over twenty-four years program management experience in nuclear, remotely piloted aircraft, tactical and mobility aircraft, directed energy, air armament, and command and control (C2) weapon systems. He is a member of the Acquisition Corps, is level III DAWIA certified in Program Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
