Technology has changed over time, and so have people. Attend this webinar to learn about generational differences in the workforce and the formative experiences that shaped them, communication preferences, and what motivates them. Understanding generational differences can help with employee conflict, relating to management, and handling change.
Speakers:
Renee LLewellyn, D.M.
Renee is a visiting professor with the DAU. She has spent the last 17 years in higher education focusing on teaching research, management, leadership, psychology, and change management. Her areas of research include the study of generations in the workplace and education, change management, leadership styles, and emotional intelligence. She also is a mentor and editor for doctoral candidates.
Jennifer Coplea, Ed.S.
Jenn currently serves as a Mid-Level Researcher for DAUx with Dr. Alicia Sanchez. Prior to this position, she spent many years working at large public tier-1 higher education institutions developing programming to increase retention and graduation rates, teaching adult learners, providing data analysis for several government grants, and supervising student and staff employees.
