The National Defense Strategy responds to the threats of the “decisive decade” we are living in--a decade stamped by dramatic changes in geopolitics, technology, economics, and our environment. Defense Secretary Austin asserted “In these times, business as usual at the Department is not acceptable.”

We accept the charge to use every tool at our disposal to inspire and engage the Defense Acquisition Workforce to maintain our competitive advantage.
