    Speaker: Evita Salles


    Lieutenant Commander Evita Salles is the commander of the Phoenix Military Entrance Processing Station in Phoenix, Arizona. She is responsible for leading a joint command of civilian and military personnel that processes, annually, over 15,000 mentally, physically, and morally qualified individuals for entry into the Armed Services. Salles is a Navy Human Resources Officer who has served in various recruiting and personnel management tours. Prior to working in HR, Salles served as a Public Affairs Officer and Naval Flight Officer. She currently serves on the Business Advisory Board for the American College of Education, advising the college on innovative business curriculums. Salles holds a B.S. from Penn State University, an MBA from Rutgers University, an M.A. from the Naval War College, and is pursuing a doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University. Salles is passionate about leading, mentoring, and motivating others to achieve their best.
