Submarine Logistics and Product Support Management Deputy Director, NAVSEA 07LB Washington, DCMs. Brady is the Deputy Director of Submarine Logistics and Product Support Directorate, NAVSEA 07L. While at MCSC, Ms. Brady was Deputy Test Director and Configuration Manager (CM) for the Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) Program, and Systems Engineering Process Manager for GCSS-MC. Ms. Brady led product line architecture and CM programs while assigned to NAVSEA PEO IWS 1.0, Defense Standards Council initiatives, and was a member of the Government/Industry team who developed EIA-649 CM Standards and MIL-HDBK-61A, CM; and contributed to the NAVSEA Systems Engineering Handbook.
Ms. Brady graduated from Kansas University with a B.S Journalism, and continued in the MBA program at Mary Washington University. She worked for BAE Systems for 24 years, eventually as a program manager for the Aegis Ballistic Missile Systems Engineering Support Services effort. She joined the Civil Service in 2007 with NSWC-Dahlgren leading Combat System CM and Certification efforts.

NAVWAR / Associate Program Manager – Configuration Management for PMW 160 Programs San Diego, CAMrs. Johnnette Richardson is currently Assistant Program Manager for Configuration Management (APM-CM) for all Program Management Warfare (PMW) 160 Programs. She has over 38 years’ experience in Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM). Her experience spans over 14 years with Department of the Navy (DoN) both as a contractor and government civilian and 25 years with National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at the Johnson Space Center as a contractor. Johnnette defines and provides direction to CM and DM policy, processes, and procedures for multiple large Navy network programs within PMW 160.
Mrs. Richardson holds a CM-2 Professional Certification from the Institute for Process Excellence. Johnnette is also a certified Configuration and Data Manager from National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and a certified CM Subject Matter Expert through CMPIC. Additionally, she is Level I certified in Information Technology through the Defense Acquisition University (DAU).

NAVAIR Configuration/Data Management Department Head Patuxent River, MDMr. Daniel K. Christensen is the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Configuration/Data Manager, Department Head for the NAVAIR Sustainment Group (NSG) Configuration/Data Management Department, defining policy, processes, procedures and responsibilities governing Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) for 34 naval aviation weapon system program offices within NAVAIR. He has over 50 years of naval experience with 20 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as an Aerospace Maintenance Duty Officer, 6 years as a contractor supporting the Department of the Navy and various Program Offices and 24 years as a civilian at NAVAIR. For the last ten years, Daniel has been the Defense Standardization Counsel Configuration Management Working Group (DSC CMSWG) Chairman, which developed the SAE EIA-649-1 and SAE EIA 649-1A“Configuration Management Requirements for Defense Contracts” standard. He is also a certified Configuration and Data Manager from National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).

NAVSUP WSS Configuration Management Lead Philadelphia, PAMr. Bryan David is the Configuration Management (CM) Lead for Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon System Support (WSS). He helped establish NAVSUP’s CM Community of Practice and standardized procedures for the review, processing, and coordination of Requests for Variance and Engineering Change Proposals submitted via NAVSUP WSS contracts. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. David has over 17 years of Naval aviation experience, including nine years on active duty as a Flight Engineer on the KC-130J Super Hercules, two years with Naval Air Systems Command as a Propeller Engineer, and six years as an Engineer/CM Lead with NAVSUP.
