​Description:

This event provides a forum for anyone who has an interest in contract Government property and a desire to communicate with subject matter experts. The main topic will be the Government Property Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment. Ms. Carol Brown, Senior Procurement Analyst at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment, Defense Pricing and Contracting, and her support team will be available to answer questions.

Carol Brown,  Senior Procurement Analyst,  Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment, Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC)

Carol Brown, Senior Procurement Analyst at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment, Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC), has responsibility for Government Furnished Property (GFP) policy and the related systems. She helped design the GFP Module, in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, which launched in 2018. In addition to regularly working issues related to GFP auditability and accountability, she provides extensive GFP training and and assists users as the de facto GFP Module "help desk."

She has been with DPC for the last seven years, and has more than 20 years of Defense procurement experience, including as a Contracting Officer for the Navy.

Tonya Guy-Green, Learning Director of Industrial & Contract Property Management and Purchasing, DAU

Ms. Tonya Guy-Green joined DAU in 2013. She is the Learning Director of Industrial & Contract Property Management and Purchasing. She is responsible for overseeing life cycle activities of learning assets within the two areas as well as several Contracting assets. She is certified to instruct DAU Industrial Contract Property Management courses. Prior to joining DAU, she served as a Property Administrator (PA) for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) for nine years. While with DCMA, Ms. Guy-Green conducted surveillance of contractor property management systems varying in complexity with property valued up to $2.5 billion.  Prior to Federal civilian service, she worked for Flight Safety Services Corporation and L-3 Communications Link Simulation and Training performing contract property management responsibilities in support of the United States Air Force C-141 Starlifter Program from 2001 through 2004.  She also served in the United States Army as a Materiel Control and Accounting Specialist and a Logistics Specialist from 1989 to 1996
