    Series Description: The Product Support Delta Course (v2024) focuses on what’s recently changed in Product Support. Change is happening at an ever-increasing pace, thanks in large part to our advancements in the Digital Domain. We will focus on topics that underpin the vision and future of product support.   Come to one or come to all ten 90-minute lessons.  Each lesson will include 15 minutes of silent work followed by a facilitator who will poll and help summarize the key points. Additionally, each session will include a speaker on applying the topic with an open Q&A period for attendees. Each live session will be worth 1.5 CLPs.

    Panelist

    Travis Mueller

    Mr. Travis Mueller serves as the Product Lead for Transformation within the Army’s XM-30 Program Office.  In his current role, he leads the team responsible for developing and sustaining the infrastructure required to digitally develop the XM-30 Combat Vehicle.  Prior to this role, Mr. Mueller held positions of progressive leadership in the Army’s acquisition logistics community, supporting the development of platforms ranging from the Mine-Resistant Ambush Protectant (MRAP) vehicles to the Stryker combat platform.  Mr. Mueller retired from the U.S. Army Reserve in 2021 after almost 22 years service with deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan.  Mr. Mueller holds a Masters of Business Administration from Northwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

    Stacy McConnell

    Stacy H. McConnell is a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Assistance Secretary of the Air Force for Logistics and Product Support, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, Department of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. She is responsible for institutionalizing Department of the Air Force policy for supply chain risk management and digital product support, developing the life cycle logistics workforce, and assisting nuclear programs in the development of product support strategies. Ms. McConnell began her career in 2008 as a Palace Acquire intern in the F-16 program office, Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. She has acquisition experience serving in four ACAT I programs spanning technology maturation through sustainment phases, developing business enterprise agile software solutions, leading the execution of an annual $80B program execution group, and providing oversight and policy advisement to the Service Acquisition Executive. She expanded her knowledge of resourcing and capability development processes while in Headquarters AFMC Strategic Plans, Programs, Requirements and Assessments. Further, Ms. McConnell directed the operational logistics of the Army Green Berets for two areas of responsibility. Prior to her current position, she was a civilian materiel leader for Sentinel Launch Systems, Hill AFB, Utah.

    Christine Morelli

    Ms. Christine Morelli is the Deputy to the Aviation Logistics IT Portfolio Manager for PMW-200 and leads Navy Product Lifecycle Management (N-PLM) implementation. PMW 200 Aviation LOG IT is responsible for delivery and sustainment of enterprise PLM capability across Navy Aviation and Maritime organizations as part of the Navy's enterprise digital ecosystem.  Ms. Morelli's previous experience includes developing, fielding and sustaining Logistics IT systems across organizations from Naval Fleet and Depot activities to Program Management Activities/Offices spanning all phases of the acquisition life cycle. Her work continues to advance her teams and organizations by optimizing and increasing visibility of weapon system data across the Naval Enterprise.
