    Description:

    MOSA (Modular Open System Approach) is an integrated business and technical strategy employing a modular design to achieve competitive and affordable acquisition and sustainment.

    PEO Aviation created the MOSA Transformation Office as a commitment to implementing MOSA as a core part of how they both acquire systems and manage the fleet of systems to meet the MOSA objectives and better support the warfighter in the future. Applying MOSA at the enterprise level fosters collaboration across PMs to drive towards enterprise-wide objectives.

    Biography: Mr. Matthew Sipe is currently serving as the Director of MOSA Transformation for PEO Aviation (AVN). As such, he is responsible for developing and implementing an integrated MOSA across the PEO AVN enterprise in efforts to improve lifecycle affordability and position PEO AVN for the future.
