Who Should Attend:  Government, Military, and Industry at all levels who want to learn and apply the tenets and principles of Modular Open Systems Approach to promote change and collaboration within DoD programs and projects.

    Speaker:  Dr. Erika Palmer

Description:  DoD MOSA is an integrated business and technical strategy to achieve competitive and affordable acquisition and sustainment of a new or legacy system or component over the system life cycle. This approach allows the Department to acquire warfighting capabilities, including systems, subsystems, software components, and services, with more flexibility and competition.

The Future of Systems Engineering (FuSE) program, sponsored by the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), is designed to refine and evolve the SE Vision 2035 across competencies, research, tools & environment, practices, and applications. FuSE identifies critical gaps towards the vision realization and initiates and supports relevant actions. It fosters involvement and collaboration within and outside of INCOSE, educates, shares success, and expands. The goal of the upcoming webinar is to explore the development of new innovative and transdisciplinary FuSE themes and how we can strategically partner to plan for the future of Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA). .

Please join Dr. Erika Palmer to discuss the innovative edge of systems engineering practice and research, which is the foundation for developing FuSE products and services. There will be a Q&A portion to the webinar.
