DAU will host DCMA the Second Tuesday of each month, from 1300-1500 Eastern, to present a webinar series on Leveraging DCMA Capabilities. During this series, DCMA speakers will present different topics as well as any tools or job aids associated with those topics.

Mr. James Cunningham, Contract Specialist, DCMA
Mr. James Cunningham is the contract closeout process owner from DCMA-AQC Contracts/Pricing, Policy and Processes Division located at DCMA HQ, Fort Lee, VA. Prior to working for DCMA, Mr. Cunningham worked for the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation in Richmond, VA as a cost/price analyst. Mr. Cunningham also retired from the Air Force filling several roles in contracting during his 20-year military career. He has supported innovative policy pertaining to contract closeout and supported the Defense Acquisition University in developing course content. Mr. Cunningham holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from American Military University.
Mr. Danny Wayne, Contract Specialist, DCMA
Mr. Danny Wayne is the Payments Action Officer from DCMA-AQC Contracts/Pricing, Policy, and Processes Division located remotely in Orlando, FL. Over his 13-year career in defense contracting, Mr. Wayne served as a warranted Administrative Contracting Officer, Administrative Grants/Agreements Officer, and Supervisory Contract Specialist. Mr. Wayne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Master's of Acquisition Management from American Graduate University.
Mr. Gregory Stein, Contract Specialist, DCMA
Greg Stein is the Action Officer for DCMA Pricing Policy. He has worked for DCMA for 12 years in various contract administration and pricing roles. He also assists various teams with process improvement and tool development. Mr. Stein is a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Framingham State University.
Mr. Luis Mercado, Program Manager, DCAA
Mr. Luis Mercado is a proud public servant with 13 years of experience with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Mr. Mercado has held various technical and managerial roles within DCAA that have provided him a breadth of experience in contract audits and acquisition processes and regulations. He is currently a Program Manager with the DCAA's Policy and Quality Directorate's Pricing and Special Projects Division and serves as an expert technical advisor responsible for formulating, developing and issuing audit policy and guidance for the DCAA, including procedures, standards and guidelines for the conduct of audits concerning forward pricing audits.
