Series Description:
DCMA has partnered with DAU to engage in outreach with the buying commands and provide information on various DCMA capabilities. DAU will host DCMA the Second Tuesday of each month, from 1300-1500 Eastern, to present a webinar series on Leveraging DCMA Capabilities. During this series, DCMA speakers will present different topics as well as any tools or job aids associated with those topics.

Mr. Danny Wayne, Payments Process Owner, DCMA
Mr. Danny Wayne is the Payments Action Officer from DCMA-AQC Contracts/Pricing, Policy, and Processes Division located remotely in Orlando, FL. Over his 13-year career in defense contracting, Mr. Wayne served as a warranted Administrative Contracting Officer, Administrative Grants/Agreements Officer, and Supervisory Contract Specialist. Mr. Wayne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Master's of Acquisition Management from American Graduate University.
Mr. Derek Heiss, Supervisory Industrial Specialist, DCMA
Mr. Derek Heiss is the DCMA Pittsburgh Supervisory Industrial Specialist (DCMAE-MPPEB) located in Johnstown, PA. Over his 15- year career, Derek has over 10 years with DCMA as an Industrial Specialist providing support at geographic and resident government contractor facilities. He started in private industry working at a defense contractor manufacturing weapon systems for the Department of Defense. Mr. Heiss holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems with a focus in Supply Chain Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Seth J. Pokoj, Supervisory Contract Specialist, DCMA Pittsburgh
Mr. Seth J. Pokoj is the DCMA Pittsburgh Supervisory Contract Specialist (DCMAE-MPPA) located in Monroeville, PA. Over his 21-year career Seth spent nearly 10 years as a Senior Auditor with DCAA, auditing a variety of large and small manufacturing entities, as well as supporting the Department of Justice while assigned to the DCAA Regional Investigative Support Team. Joining DCMA in 2015, Seth has spent the last eight years as a warranted Administrative Contracting Officer, Administrative Grants/Agreements Officer, and Supervisory Contract Specialist. Additionally, Seth is a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps, and spent two years working in public accounting after obtaining degrees in Accounting and Finance from Mercyhurst College, located in Erie, PA.
