Description:
DCMA has partnered with DAU to engage in outreach with the buying commands and provide information on various DCMA capabilities. DAU will host DCMA the Second Tuesday of each month, from 1300-1500 Eastern, to present a webinar series on Leveraging DCMA Capabilities. During this series, DCMA speakers will present different topics as well as any tools or job aids associated with those topics.

Speakers:
Mr. Bernard Holmes, Program Manager, DCMA
Mr. Bernard Holmes is currently a Program Manager with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) assigned to the Air Force Customer Engagement Division (CED) under the Portfolio Management and Business Integration (PM&BI) Directorate where he provides DCMA support to the United States Air Force (USAF). Mr. Holmes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dayton and he is DAWIA Level III Certified in Financial Management and Program Management and Level II certified in Life Cycle Logistics.
Mr. Scott Pace, Commercial Items Group Lead Engineer, DCMA
Mr. Scott Pace is currently the Commercial Items Group (CIG) Lead Engineer. His prior experience with DCMA includes time as a DCMA Quality Engineer and DCMA Systems Engineer. He holds certification as an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and has over 15 years of DOD acquisition experience. Mr. Pace holds a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Space Systems Operations Management and is DAWIA Level III Certified in Engineering and Technical Management.
Mr. Andrew Kirkendall, Commercial Items Group Warranted Contracting Officer, DCMA
Mr. Andrew Kirkendall is presently a DCMA Commercial Items Group (CIG) Warranted Contracting Officer. His prior experience within DCMA includes International and Geographic Pricing expertise. He is a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps with over 13 years of DOD acquisition experience. Mr. Kirkendall hold a B.A. Degree in Economics and a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and Management and is DAWIA Level III Certified in Contracting and Level II Certified in International Acquisition.
