Description:  

During this 60-minute session, specialists from DCMA's Contracts Policy team will discuss the following topics:

•             Agency change to manage canceling funds

•             Funds lifecycle scope changes and process steps

•             New customer reports from the Contract Administration Management System (CAMS)

Speakers:

Ms. Elizabeth Brown, Process Owner, DCMA

Ms. Elizabeth Brown is process owner responsible for DCMA's Funds Lifecycle and Contract Debts manuals.  Ms. Brown was a contracting officer at the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation and DCMA.  She has supported innovative policy pertaining to small business, the Agency's workload acceptance process, and supported the Defense Acquisition University in developing course content.  

Ms. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University.  She also completed a study in Public Policy and Management program of graduate education in Public Administration from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Milton "Scott" McDonald, Contract Specialist, DCMA

Mr. Milton "Scott" McDonald is a Contract Specialist with the Defense Contract Management Agency assigned to the Contracts/Pricing Policy and Processes Division.  Mr. McDonald has over 30 years of experience with DCMA.  In addition to his contract administration experience he has also been involved with process improvement, process re-engineering, and tool development and deployment.   

Mr. McDonald is a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
