The presentation will focus on a specific aspects of our international program. The presentation will highlight our cooperative logistics supply support arrangement (CLSSA) cases and focus on how we introduce and infuse our foreign military sales partner funding and forecasted demand into the wholesale supply chain. It will address how we build initial support packages, challenges and more!
A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

This is part of a series of webinars hosted by U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support. The series is intended to inform federal acquisition, technology and logistics professionals with a variety of relevant topics on which NAVSUP WSS personnel can provide expert knowledge. The series is held quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m. Eastern time.

Mr. Francis Litle, Country Program Management Department Head, NAVSUP WSS
Mr. Litle is the NAVSUP WSS Country Program Management Department Head (N521) (International Programs). He manages and overseas programs that enhance mutual security objectives and strengthen strategic partnerships while leveraging domestic capabilities to tailor supply support solutions for our International Partners. He completed a BA at Rutgers University and a MS in Administration at Central Michigan University.
Mr. Litle has worked in several business sectors prior to employment with NAVSUP WSS N52 (International Programs). Serving at NAVSUP WSS since 2010, he has held many positions including Deputy Case Manager for EUCOM Programs and County Program Director for programs in the INDOPACOM AOR.
Jacob Barron, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Aviation New Business Manager, NAVSUP WSS
Jacob Barron is a native to the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area and goes by Jake for short. True to his hometown, Jake is a 2009 Temple University graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration and holds a master's degree in information systems from Holy Family University. Jake is the foreign military sales (FMS) Aviation New Business manager at NAVSUP WSS in Philadelphia PA with 12+ years of experience in international logistics. He started his career in program and financial management working directly with the foreign liaison officers as a program analyst. Jake also served as the supply system analyst in the FMS aviation branch, employing qualitative and quantitative analysis and data analytics to empower the organization to make tactical data driven decisions. Jakes subject matter expertise is spares forecasting and sustainment strategy development, which plays a critical role in ensuring our FMS partners have the right range and depth of spare parts to meets their mission/readiness objectives. Outside of work, Jake spends as much time as he can staying active hiking with his two corgis, working out at the local gym or training Muay Thai.
