Mr. Nick Cuffe, Navy Price Fighters
Mr. Nick Cuffe is a Senior Operations Research Analyst with the Navy Price Fighters, a division of NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) in Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Cuffe has served as the lead for Navy Price Fighters support to several defense acquisition agencies. Currently, Mr. Cuffe provides support to the Director, Price, Cost and Finance for the office of Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC) by assisting with sole-source peer reviews, providing pricing training, and providing business and negotiation advice and support to major defense acquisition teams across the Department of Defense. Mr. Cuffe also serves as a subject matter expert in commercial acquisition, pricing variable quantities, and cost modeling. He has over fifteen years of experience in proposal evaluation, cost/price analysis, should-cost analysis, major weapon system negotiations, and learning curves.
