Counsel, Marine Corps Systems CommandMs. Baker was selected to the position of Counsel, Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), in August 2012. In this position, Ms. Baker serves as the principal legal advisor to the Commandant of the Marine Corps’ agent for acquisition and sustainment of systems and equipment used to accomplish the USMC warfighting mission. The Marine Corps Systems Command outfits the Marines with everything they drive, shoot, or wear. From November 2007 until August 2012, Ms. Baker served as the Senior Associate Counsel, MCSC, where she supported the Marine Corps’ acquisition of information systems and technology.
