Maj Anthony Chanrasmi, USAF, is an Associate Professor of Contract and Fiscal Law at The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, U.S. Army, Charlottesville, Virginia. His research and teaching portfolio includes contract changes, other transactions, intellectual property, and the Antideficiency Act. He has a BA from the University of California, Irvine, a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, and an LLM from The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School with a concentration in Government Contracts and Fiscal Law
