Subsequently, DAU deployed CON 7470, Inflation and Economic Price Adjustments, an On-line Training Course, which expanded on the guidance provided in the DPC memo. Ms. Janice Muskopf
Ms. Janice Muskopf serves as the Director, Price, Cost and Finance for the office of Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC), within Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). She is responsible for contract pricing matters throughout the DoD enterprise, in support of the Department’s 30,000 contracting professionals who spend over $300 Billion annually to bring world-class capability to the warfighter.
Ms. Leslie Overturf
Ms. Leslie Overturf is a Procurement Analyst in Price, Cost and Finance (PCF) at Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC) in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (USD (A&S)). In that role she supports the Director of PCF by providing pricing training, assisting with pricing related policies and strategies, and providing business and negotiation advice and support to major defense acquisition teams across the Department. Ms. Overturf also serves as a commercial pricing subject matter expert and provides training, guidance and support in the areas of commercial item and price reasonableness determinations.
