Prior to this position, she spent many years working at large public tier-1 higher education institutions developing programming to increase retention and graduation rates, teaching adult learners, providing data analysis for several government grants, and supervising student and staff employees.

Dr. Renee LLewellyn is a professor with the DAU. She has spent the last 17 years in higher education focusing on teaching research, management, leadership, psychology, and change management. Her areas of research include the study of generations in the workplace and education, change management, leadership styles, and emotional intelligence. She also is a mentor and editor for doctoral candidates
