What should I do if my progress reset and/or I am unable to Launch my exam after completing a module?
**ALERT** There has been an increase in reports from students stating their course progress is not tracking while using the Internet Explorer browser. Detailed information to address issues with course progress not updating is available on the Lesson Progress Tracking page. It also explains the steps for you to take to mark your progress complete if it was not previously recorded by the system.
