A written report to the congressional defense committees not later than 60 days after a Major Automated Information System (MAIS) Quarterly Report (MQR) indicates that a Critical Change has occurred in accordance with 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) §2445c (d). The Critical Change Report conveys the results of a program evaluation and contains Certifications by the Senior Official regarding continuing viability of the program.
