DAU Transcript
How do I request/view my Official DAU Transcript that reflects my course completions?
You may access your DAU Transcript by logging into the DAU Transcript Management System (TMS). After navigating to the DAU TMS, select "Logon". You will be redirected to the DAU Identity Management website to login.
After successfully logging into the DAU TMS, there are four Functions that you can perform:
- Request Unofficial Transcript: Students may view and/or download a copy of their Unofficial Transcript.
Effective 5/18/2022 - DAU Official Transcripts will be processed once a week (typically Wednesday of each week) for the foreseeable future. - Request Official Transcript: Students may submit a request for an Official sealed Transcript to be physically mailed to support credit transfer requests.
- Manage My Transcript Request: Students may track the status of their Official Transcript requests.
- Update My Profile: Students should review their profile information on this page to ensure accuracy and may update their profile information as appropriate. However, if the changes made in this page do match the information shown in the Identity Management or Virtual Campus systems, the changes will be overwritten via the system feed.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
Requests for DAU Unofficial or Official Transcripts via email will not be accepted or processed.
Externally-developed modules or courses that are hosted on the DAU Virtual Campus will not be reflected on the DAU Transcript. The course completion certificate for these courses are issued by the Agency that owns the modules or courses. Examples of the modules or courses that are owned/developed by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) are AQN XXX, BCE XXX, FAC XXX, FCN XXX, FCR XXX, FPM XXX, SE XXX, TEV XXX, and etc. This list is not all inclusive. There are new courses being developed and old courses being retired on a regular basis.
What is the difference between an Official and Unofficial Transcript?
Unofficial Transcript: The unofficial transcript is available online for students to review for accuracy and print/download a copy for personal records. To view/download a copy of the unofficial transcript, click on the "Request for Unofficial Transcript" button in the DAU TMS.
Official Transcript: The Official Transcript is a hard copy printed on an official watermarked paper that is sent by First Class Mail to an educational institution or agency. The Official Transcript meets the requirements set by the educational institutions. To request an Official Transcript, click on the "Request for Official Transcript" button in the DAU TMS, verify the need for an Official Transcript, and complete the request form. It is imperative that the information entered on the request form is complete and accurate to avoid unnecessary delays.
After the submission of a request for an Official Transcript, students may track their request by clicking on "Manage My Transcript Requests" button in the DAU TMS.
NOTE: The DAU Unofficial and Official Transcript are considered the official documents to show DAU course completions and may be used to demonstrate DAU course completion status in lieu of the DAU course completion certificate.
How long does it take for a recently completed course to reflect on my DAU Transcript?
It may take up to 48 hours for online course completions and 5 business days for Instructor/Virtual Instructor Led Training course completions to be updated with a "graduated" status in the DAU TMS.
Why are certain courses missing from my DAU Transcript?
DAU transcripts will only reflect successfully completed DAU course work (Online Training, Instructor/Virtual Instructor Led Training, and DAU course equivalency/fulfillment).
