Q: What is my DAU Username?

A: Your DAU Username is the Primary email address that was associated to your account when it was created.

Q: Why isn't my Username being accepted? I "know" my password is correct because I just changed it.

A: You may be typing in your OLD username. Your DAU username is the email address associated to your account.

As a reminder, you will be required to use an additional multifactor to complete the authentication process before access to your account will be granted.
