Will I be notified after my DAUID has been created?
Yes. An email will be sent to you from the DAU Ticketing System with further guidance on how to submit the DAU SAAR with your newly created DAUID.
NOTE: Please make sure you check your junk/spam folder for your DAUID. Additionally, you may need to contact your System Administrator to ensure emails from [email protected] are marked as "Safe" and reach your inbox. Please be advised that future messages from the Help Desk will continue to be sent from the ServiceNow email address.
