Bill Kobren

For Life Cycle Logisticians who may have experienced challenges registering for ACQ 315 Understanding Industry  (Business Acumen) classroom course due to the requirement to have already completed LOG 350, wanted to let you know that the prerequisite was recently updated to reflect LOG 340 Life Cycle Product Support instead. This was done for two reasons – first, because LOG 340 is a more appropriate prerequisite for this particular ACQ 315 course and second, to provide you greater flexibility and simplify the sequencing of Level III Life Cycle Logistics DAWIA certification requirements when you choose ACQ 315 as one of your Level III “choose one of four” pick-list courses.

Also, be advised that a new ENG 102 Fundamentals of Systems Engineering course will be replacing the existing SYS 101 Fundamentals of Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering course in the coming weeks. Note that the Life Cycle Logistics Level I training requirement for SYS 101 will be updated to reflect ENG 102 once the new course deploys.
